Youth@Hope - SERVE 2026

JOIN US for an incredible week as we head back to Onley, VA. Over the last 3 years there we met amazing people and built a wonderful relationship with the local church that provided us a place to stay. Because of that ongoing relationship, the church is welcoming us back for a 4th year and we are so excited! Working directly with the church allows us more freedom and a lower cost for the trip. So come and serve the community of Eastern Shore, VA with Youth@Hope! This trip is for 8th-12th graders (grade completed). 

TRAVELING:
Our current plan is to leave on Sunday, July 19. We will arrive in Onley, VA in time for dinner and to set up for the evening. We will then depart Saturday, July 25th and return in the mid-late afternoon.

COST:
The cost for SERVE 2025 is $450. When registering there is a $25 deposit due, which makes the remaining total $425. If there are any payment issues, please reach out to Dave Stauffer. There are many ways to fundraise for the trip to help offset the cost, both individually and for the group as a whole. Starting with a Serve breakfast at Hope before both services on Sunday, March 15th! We'll need students to help set up, cook, keep the buffet line stocked, and cleanup, and for families to help supply and cook foods and supplies. More info and signups for that will be out soon!

8:00AM - Breakfast & Devotional Time
9:00AM - 3:00PM - Service Projects & Lunch
3:30PM - Afternoon Activity/Free Time/Dinner Prep
5:30PM - Dinner 
6:30PM - Group Activity 
7:30PM - Evening Program & Small Groups
10:00PM - Light Out

We know that there are so many unknowns and we want every family to feel as comfortable as possible while allowing their student to participate in SERVE.
